Mission
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Software Team Leader to join our newly created physical access control development team.
The candidate will be part of a team developing multiple software products and tools used commercially and internally.
It will be imperative for the candidate to liaise with different departments within the Company and with external sources as appropriate.
Activities include :
- Coding, design, document, train, maintain and test software.
- Implement the company’s modification control procedures relevant to both hardware and software, including the modification of documentation, as necessary.
- Provide a technical and investigative service, covering all departments in respect of software developed for sale and for use by the Company.
We are looking for someone autonomous and keen to understand the needs of our market to become the deputy of our R&D team Director.
Key responsibilities:
Software development
Design, develop, new features and improvement of the company access control software and supporting products and systems
Documentation and Reporting
Document development and assist in leading projects
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations for improving software quality.
Train internal developers and support on features and systems
Continuous Improvement :
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in software development
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
Team leadership :
Be able to support and lead other members of the R&D team to enable R&D manager to focus on longer term projects.
Profil
Qualifications/Skills :
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
Proven experience as a Software engineer and team lead or in a similar role
Experience developing web applications with database backend
Experience architecting systems
Experience with SQL server
Experience integrating with third parties (using third parties rest API)
Experience integrating Hardware (optional)

Hours of Work :
40 hours per week (8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday - 30 min lunch break)
